project inquiries
the project form records the name, email, project details, and optional budget and timeline you submit. these appear in the private agency inbox so casen can review your request. the form does not send a marketing email or enroll you in a mailing list.
private workspaces
account information, draft content, conversations, reviews, contacts, and financial records are restricted by website and role. the app stores these through supabase. the website is hosted on vercel, and cloudflare manages its domain and dns. public website responses contain the published website content, rather than the private workspace records.
your profile
your optional display name and profile photo are stored through supabase and shown to people who share a website or agency with you. you can edit your name or replace and remove your photo from your account. profile photos are served through authenticated access, separately from public website images.
the public demo
the fictional demo stores its draft and published example in this browser’s local storage. the reset control clears the example changes. it does not create a real website, send a message, or collect a payment.
accounts and cookies
authentication uses session cookies. the selected-website cookie is a convenience; server checks still decide which website an account may access. account recovery and confirmation depend on the configured email service.
payments
the current integration uses stripe sandbox. card details belong in stripe’s hosted checkout, rather than a devtools card-entry form. test receipts and bookkeeping exports are labeled as sandbox activity.
data questions and preview limits
retention periods, deletion procedures, and production account-email delivery are still being finalized before paid services are offered. use the project inquiry form to contact casen about your information, or use designer chat in an existing workspace.
